Radiesse™ dermal filler, the perfect compliment to your expertise
Radiesse™ is a unique dermal filler developed by BioForm Medical Inc. and is made from synthetic calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres (30%) suspended in a water based gel carrier (70%). The product is 100% biocompatible and allows an easy and convenient procedure.
The CaHA spheres are between 25 to 45 microns and are composed of calcium and phosphate ions that also occur naturally in human tissue. Radiesse™ is approved in the United States (FDA) for the correction of moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles. In Europe, Radiesse™ is CE-marked for plastic and reconstructive surgery, including deep-dermal and sub-dermal soft tissue augmentation of the facial area.
There are no special handling requirements, the product is ready to use for a wide range of indications and patients and has a very strong safety record. Radiesse™ is available in syringe sizes of 0.3cc, 0.8cc and 1.5cc.
