Raison d’Etre Spa launches new Spa Business Education online courses

Responding to market needs and feedback, new Spa Business Courses have been added to the Raison d’Etre education portfolio

This latest extension to the Education portfolio includes Individual Spa Business Courses, that provide the opportunity to study a selected subject but with focus and flexibility. The course options include spa leadership, marketing, personal development, service and treatments.

Course Manager Nikos Kouremenos says “We see an even stronger demand for the flexibility these new courses provide, as we receive regular requests for truly targeted and focused intensive courses that students can take whenever and wherever they wish.”

All courses consist of filmed lectures, featuring Raison d’Etre’s high calibre professionals—who have been hand-selected from the spa industry—sharing their knowledge, experience, passion and inspiration for each area. In addition to this method, each student receives material to study and a final quiz to measure their newly acquired knowledge.

  • Group Dynamics & Conflict Management
    The 6 stages of a group, the 4 stages of conflicts and how to handle them.
  • Strategic Human Capital Management
    Learn the 8 Critical Success Factors in HCM. Look at Strategic Human Capital Planning, find out about acquiring, developing and retaining talent.
  • Leadership
    Leadership fundamentals, group dynamics and conflict management and strategic human capital management, all included in one course.
